Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Lake County, Colorado. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Part-time with flexible hours. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
