Milling machinist — Pettis County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machinist in Pettis County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to grind and set HSS cutters At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
