Lift erector • Crawford County, Kansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lift erector in Crawford County, Kansas. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. Your main tasks: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear Requirements: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs 1+ years on the tools preferred.
