Lathe operator wanted in Onondaga County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe operator in Onondaga County, New York. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery The role involves load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; set up and start the machine as per the job card; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
