Retail butcher wanted in Prentiss County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Prentiss County, Mississippi. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 1+ years on the tools preferred.
