Great opportunity: dough maker (Maine)

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in York County, Maine. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
