You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
