Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Lincoln County, New Mexico. The job is on a busy civils and groundworks site. Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Full-time with occasional weekends.
