Join our team: we are hiring a line cook in Hancock County, Iowa. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure 1+ years on the tools preferred.
