Vertical transportation technician wanted in Livingston County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Livingston County, Missouri. The job is at a busy lift company. Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
