We are recruiting: we are hiring a window glazier in Cherokee County, Iowa. You will be based at a double glazing firm. Day to day you will measure window and door openings and order glass to size; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; fit double-glazed sealed units into frames; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers. You should have: • Own basic hand tools an advantage • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Able to cut glass accurately to size Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
