Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Franklin County, Pennsylvania. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage.
