Now hiring: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Baure, Katsina State. The job is in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required Ideal candidate: • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦190,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
