Refrigeration and AC mechanic wanted in Sheridan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Sheridan County, Nebraska. The job is at a busy refrigeration workshop. On a typical shift you will wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
