The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates. Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided.
