Vertical transportation technician — Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania. The job is on a high-rise construction site. You will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; run load and overload tests with test weights. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
