Diesel mechanic — Santa Barbara County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in Santa Barbara County, California. On the job you will handle: • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Replace alternators, starter motors and batteries • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool You should have: • Good eyesight and methodical fault-finding • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps • Valid driving licence Six days a week, one day off.
