Coating plant operator wanted in Jewell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Jewell County, Kansas. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 5+ years on the tools preferred.
