You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement The role involves mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection.
