Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings Day to day you will check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame.
