On a typical shift you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours.
