Great opportunity: concrete finisher (Cross River State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Akamkpa, Cross River State. The job is on a road and bridge project. Day-to-day duties: • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
