Chef de partie — Ijero

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ijero, Ekiti State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Rotating shifts.
