JCB operator • Gregory County, South Dakota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a JCB operator in Gregory County, South Dakota. You will work at a road and highway construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs You should have: • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
