Concrete labourer wanted in Lincoln County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Lincoln County, Georgia. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. On a typical shift you will cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
