Rebar fixer wanted in Cornwall

Now hiring: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Cornwall, England. You will work on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling Day-to-day duties: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
