Floor and wall tile fitter wanted in Vernon Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a tile and sanitaryware showroom. You should have: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation Day to day you will mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
