You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day The role involves cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job.
