Production line inspector — City and County of San Francisco

Now hiring: we are hiring a production line inspector in City and County of San Francisco, California. The job is at a food processing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line You should have: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Willing to work rotating and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
