Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches.
