Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Udenu, Enugu State. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 4+ years on the tools preferred.
