Confectioner wanted in Livingston County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a confectioner in Livingston County, Kentucky. The job is at a cake shop. Day to day you will laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
