Immediate opening: powder coater (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coater in Sheffield, England. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 6+ years on the tools preferred. £2,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
