Shuttering carpenter — Bradford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Bradford County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
