Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes On a typical shift you will sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
