The role involves: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
