Vacancy available: we are hiring a site carpenter in Ford County, Kansas. You will be based in a bespoke joinery workshop. The role involves plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain. You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
