Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Yadkin County, North Carolina. You will work at a wholesale meat market. The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
