Day-to-day duties: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
