Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Crockett County, Tennessee. You will work in a café. On a typical shift you will handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
