Tailor machinist — Montmorency County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Montmorency County, Michigan. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. On the job you will handle: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers You should have: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
