Immediate opening: scaffolding charge hand (Anambra State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Ekwusigo, Anambra State. You will work on a bridge maintenance job. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns On a typical shift you will plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
