Bread and bun maker • Pulaski County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Pulaski County, Kentucky. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
