Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Hunt County, Texas. On a typical shift you will trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge; service split AC units and VRF systems. You should have: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
