Immediate opening: HVAC-R technician (Kansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Douglas County, Kansas. You will work in an HVAC service company. What we are looking for: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts Your main tasks: • Trace electrical circuits with a multimeter • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
