We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC technician in Siskiyou County, California. Ideal candidate: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds On the job you will handle: • Mount indoor and outdoor split units on wall brackets and level them • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks • Clean filters, blower wheels and condenser coils during servicing • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit Six days a week, one day off.
