Sausage maker — Washita County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Washita County, Oklahoma. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
