Precision welder wanted in Palo Pinto County

Now hiring: we are hiring a precision welder in Palo Pinto County, Texas. You will work on an industrial construction site. Day to day you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
