Join our team: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Leake County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy lift company. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Your main tasks: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork Full-time, day shift.
