Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Washington County, New York. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Your main tasks: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Rotating shifts.
